Qualifications: Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in communication, political science, environmental studies or related field; minimum of 10 years proven success in managing environmental non-profit programs, proven track record in fundraising, experience supervising professional staff, familiarity with current regional, state, and federal environmental issues and the workings of the CA legislative and regulatory processes, and an understanding and commitment to Catholic Social Teaching and the mission of Catholic Charities.
