The registration form lists all prices for FWN members and nonmembers. FWN memberships are on an individual basis; registration status may not be transferred to others.
PAYMENT
Payment in full is required in order to process registrations. We are unable to accommodate requests for invoices. We welcome payments in the form of check, American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Discover and PayPal.

Check payments, please make checks payable and mail to FWN, P. O. Box 192143, San Francisco, CA 94119. Attach your registration form.

CONFIRMATION OF YOUR REGISTRATION
For registrations made on-line or via fax, confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately. For registrations made with check payment via mail, please allow two weeks for processing; confirmation of registration will be sent via email immediately upon processing. If you do not receive confirmation after 30 days, please do not hesitate to call 415.278.9410.
CANCELLATIONS
If received in writing before October 13, 2005, FWN will refund your Summit registration, less a $50.00 administrative fee. Refunds will not be made after October 13, 2005 or for no-shows.
Tickets to the Business Dining Etiquette and Filipina Women Artists are non-refundable.
BADGES
FWN is a volunteer-driven organization and we request your early registration so you can speed up your check-in process at the Filipina Summit. Persons registering after October 11 and after should bring a copy of their email confirmation to the meeting to pick-up their badges onsite. Badges must be worn at all times.
